Sub-processors

These are the companies that process data on our behalf so NamastePOS can run. Each one receives only what its job requires. Where is the place the processing actually happens, not the company's head office — section 16 of the DPDP Act permits processing outside India, and we list it so you know where your data goes.

Last updated: 19 September 2026. This page reads the same register the product uses, so it cannot drift from what the software actually does.

Changes

If we add or replace a sub-processor that handles personal data, we update this page and, for material changes, tell subscribed restaurants by email before the change takes effect.
